This project began purely from a technical standpoint. The Initial objective was to just shift the development framework from Android Native to React Native. While doing so, We in the design team discovered various design flaws which shouldn’t be carried forward to the newly built app. We also identified a ton of areas where we could improve the user-experience of the app.

And thus, I kickstarted this initiative by closely working with the PM & development team to stay a sprint ahead and re-design the entire experience, one interaction at a time :)
