To re-design the app screenshots displayed upfront on Google Playstore, in order to bring better focus on the capabilities of the Recruiter app and improve visitor conversions (app downloads).

The new screenshots were designed to bring emphasis on the core offerings (USPs) such as job posting, candidate screenings and directly connecting with candidates on call. We used real-world imagery as per our new design language to make product more humane and relatable to the users. Last slide contained logos of other big brands hiring with Job Hai Recruiter in order to build trust & credibility.


Impact

4.71% increase in visitor conversions (app downloads) as compared from August 2021 to October 2021.
